We have kept our process simple but reliable and it begins with a free site survey to measure up the space and help us understand what is possible. To set this up. you can either call our helpful team or fill out the form on this page. 

After that we will sit down and discuss with you exactly what it is you are looking to get from your loft conversion and how you want to use the space available, because the space is limited by the existing footprint of the house, our experienced architects can give you advice on how to maximise the space available. 

We will then provide you with a full, itemised quote for the work, which we believe you will find very competitive. 
Once you have accepted the quote, the fun part starts, the design phase, our excellent design team will create a few possible floor plans based on the conversations we have had about your requirements. They will then work with you to make any adjustments for your preferences until you are 100% happy with the design and we are ready to finalise the plans. 

After this there is some prebuild administration that needs to be done, such as planning permission, hiring a skip and obtaining permits if required, scaffolding hire and many others, but not to worry, we will take care of all of this for you so you do not have to be phoning around yourself.
